Concord Condominium, Seattle, WA, USA

The Concord Condominiums are two tower, 13-story buildings located on the north edge of Belltown. These high-end condos have a number of floor plans ranging from studios, to penthouse suites. Our scope of work included the lobby pattern design, entrance, and external wall cladding. For the intricate lobby pattern, four different materials were used: Juparana` Colombo, Silver Sea, Black Absoluteand Botticino Classico.  Polished Granite Black Absolute was used for the entrance and external wall cladding. These condos continue to turn heads in Belltown.

660 West Olympic Place Condominium, Seattle, WA, USA

Polished Granite Uba Tuba and Polished Granite Juparana Viara was used to create the kitchen countertops in all units, while bathroom vanity tops were fabricated from Marble Slabs.

Dwell Roosevelt Condominium, Seattle, WA, USA

The Dwell Roosevelt Condominiums are located in the Roosevelt District of Seattle, Washington. The owners of this fast-track mixed-use retail/residential project wanted sophisticated, contemporary interiors similar to those found in Seattle’s downtown urban high rises. They also wanted to employ green building practices, choosing granite countertops for all 76 kitchens and 96 baths in the complex.Polished Granite Santa Rita and Polished Granite Black Absolute were used for kitchen countertops, bar tops, island tops, window sills, and backsplash. Polished Granite Tunas Green and Polished Granite Tropic Brown were used in all unit master bath vanity tops, banjo tops, and back splash.Polished Marble Botticino Cremo was used in all unit guest bath vanity tops, banjo tops, and backsplash.

The Bellettini Condominium, Bellevue, WA, USA

Close to downtown Bellevue, the Bellettini Condomimium offers 145 apartment homes for residents over age of 62, featuring 25 different floor plans. One- and two-bedroom apartments range from 700 square feet to 2,400 square feet. Our scope of work in this project included supply and installation of natural granite countertops and backsplashes in unit kitchens, bathrooms, plus all common areas, and the restaurant. Gourmet European-style kitchens feature Giallo Rio and Tropic Brown granite countertops and backsplashes in an elegant polished finish. Luxurious master bathrooms includeCremo Aurora marble vanity tops and porcelain tile floors. Stone mosaic accents were built into each backsplash and shower/tub. Travertine slab curved countertops and ledge tops in Persian Red with 2- ½” thick edges were used for eating bars at the restaurant. Granite slab vanity tops in Kashmir Gold and Giallo Antico were installed in the restaurant restrooms.

Thornton Place Condominium & Townhouses, Seattle, WA, USA

Thornton Place Condominium, a LEED certified project, is located in Northgate area just outside Seattle.  Our scope of work for this project included supply and installation of granite slab countertops in all 109 unit kitchens and baths.  For this project, we provided polished granite Kashmir White and polished granite Imperial White, used in the bathroom vanity tops and kitchen countertops.

Olive 8 Condominium, Seattle, WA, USA

Hyatt at Olive 8 Condominium, in the heart of downtown Seattle, has 230 residential condominium units.  Each condominium unit features its’ own fireplace. Our simple, economical solution was crafted out of solid Honed  Travertine, combining the elegance of natural stone with the durability of its functional design. Our scope of work in this project included supply and installation of natural stone in kitchens, bathrooms, pool, spa, locker rooms, lobby, residential fireplaces, wall cladding, common areas, elevators, restaurant and bar.
