PROCESS

Material Selection: Imagine going shopping and see millions of items that catch your attention. It’s wonderful finding so many things you love, but it can also make it very difficult to make a decision. This is why we urge every client to meet with one of our staff experts, to help find the right material for his/her project.

We have more than a thousand slabs of granite, marble, onyx in our warehouse. And, while we almost always recommend using natural stone, we can also help you find quartz, engineered stone or crystallized glass products to meet your design and budget requirements.

In this step we also discuss different edge options, determining which will best reflect your personal taste and style. For more information about material selection see our Products.

Templating: After your slabs have been selected (so we can determine where the proper seams will be needed) and, for kitchen and bath projects, you’ve picked your sink and faucet, we bring our digital templating system to your home and take precise field measurements of your project to create shop drawings.

Fabrication: This is where we create your project in our 3D manufacturing center. We use our “CNC Rapid 725 ATC Move” for the fastest and most precise cutting of slabs available (learn more about our 3D technology by clicking on the services tab). Our customers can monitor their jobs from start to finish. They can see the schedule via email and even view video of their project while it’s being fabricated. You can even share your project with family and friends.

Installation: This is where we make Mother Nature’s most precious treasures part of your home. We deliver the fabricated stone to your home, dry fit the pieces first, drill any additional holes if necessary and then complete the installation including the sinks if any. Before we leave we make sure everything is clean and that you are completely satisfied with your new work of art. Our 25-year guarantee* begins here.
