Coverings Installation & Design Award: Hyatt Olive 8 Hotel & Condominium, Seattle, WA
The annual Coverings Installation & Design competition honors achievement in the outstanding use of materials and the synergy between installation and design. Antony Architectural Stone received special recognition for extensive use of tile & installation excellence in this project, which consisted of 346 guestrooms and 230 residential condominium units. Our scope of work included supply and installation of natural stone in kitchens, bathrooms, pool, spa, locker rooms, lobby, residential fireplaces, wall cladding, common areas, elevators, restaurant and bar. Winning the CID Award is a huge accomplishment for the Antony Architectural Stone Team, confirming our expertise in the commercial project sector.
Community Service Award: Dwell Roosevelt Condominiums, Seattle, WA
Antony Architectural Stone is recognized for its contribution in aiding local and state economic development efforts in supplying and installing granite throughout this 76-unit retail/residential complex. The owners wanted sophisticated, contemporary interiors similar to those found in urban high rises in Downtown and employed green building practices.
Community Service Award: Elliot Grand Hyatt Hotel, Seattle, WA
This thriving retail and theater district, adjacent to the Washington State Convention Center, was honored for contributing to the success of state and local economic development efforts. Antony Architectural Stone’s scope of work in this project included supply of natural stone in all bathrooms, lobby, wall cladding, common areas, hotel gallery, fitness center, and restaurant & bar.
